the annual scholarship program, initiated by the labor union of chemical industry zhonghao chenguang research institute (chenguang r.i.c.i) started in late july.

the program would provide financial support for employees’ children, by offering them a one-time scholarship for their freshman year.

the institute has engaged in the love-distributing activity, to help resolve financial problems of its staff.
