the of chemical industry's zhonghao chenguang research institute recently passed a joint national development and reform commission, ministry of science and technology, ministry of finance, general administration of customs, and state administration of taxation assessment with flying colors and was confirmed as a state-certified enterprise technology center, making it the only national-level enterprise technology center for the fluorin chemical industry, in 2011.
the state-certified enterprise technology center is an important part of a national innovation system, with the purpose of doing basic research on industrial applications, training top scientists and technicians, and developing scientific and technical exchanges. it is also an important center for key technological developments and combining industry, academic studies and scientific research, and a place where the scientific elite can congregate, amidst the highest research of related fields and industry. the center already has some achievements in technological innovation and systems integration and can undertake important national research work.
