on aug 9, a pre-training program for yellow belt lecturers was held in hunan xiangwei chemical group co. ltd, and up to 20 employees participated in the training. during the training, the group company’s strategic plans about world-class manufacturing/continuous improvement (wcm/ci) and relevant knowledge were introduced; participants discussed wcm/ci and proposed some constructive suggestions. according to the requirements of the headquarters, this year xiangwei should train 458 personnel to reach the yellow-belt level. and yellow belt lecturers enjoy priority in being selected as the green belt, black belt and black belt masters and undertake internal yellow belt training.
