recently, zhang xiaodong, director of health division of the general logistics department of the people’s liberation army (pla), and dong junxing, head of the academy of military medical sciences (amms) paid a an inspection visit to haohua honghe pharmaceutical company (hhpc), a subsidiary enterprise of haohua honghe chemical co., ltd., to assess the possibility of including the company’s pharmaceutical products into pla’s procurement list of military-use drugs.
the two pla health officers listened to a report by hhpc and got an insight into the company’s general situation, its gmp equipment and related products. then, the officers conducted a field investigation of the company’s production area.
zhang xiaodong fully affirmed the work of the company, saying that after the visit he will further evaluate hhpc’s ability to supply pharmaceutical products to the army and that he hopes to see closer cooperation between hhpc and amms in support of army building.
it is said that one of the drugs made by hhpc has blister-healing effects. to open up new markets based on innovation, the company works in cooperation with the institute of radiation medicine of amms in a major r&d project to include the drug into the army procurement list. after unremitting efforts, the company received in 2014 an approval document (jyzhz no. 2014005) from the health division of the pla general logistics department. when hhpc is approved as a designated producer of army-use pharmaceuticals, there will be a new point of economic growth for the company, thus creating favorable conditions for further development of business.
